    If buyer not give any feedbck of my service?

    Hi all If some buyer buy my service and message me to do on time and give what you write on information when i sell my service and i am delivered my service on time but some buyer not give any feedback but he buy my order regularly when i am trying to contact him he not responding my message and order regularly how can i get positive feedback of all order.is there any option

    in this saturation you should cancel the order go to >get problems? in order status page and canle the order i had just like this problem buyer do not respond to my messages then i cancled the order

    but its effect my balance if i cancel all order then how can i earn $$$$$..ita not a good idea to cancel my order if your buyer regular and satisfy with your service

    Well you can message him to give you positive feedback. But don't force him very much, he can give you negative rating if you push him much. Recently i have been suffering the same problem as well.

    aki03vish now you wont get negative rating on force cancel order .     I got an order from buyer but not all of them leave a feedback.
    Its ok for me as long as I deliver their order ontime and as they want.
    If you want your customer leave a feedback to your service, just ask them to leave a review when you deliver their order.
    But as another member mentioned above, don't force them.
    Maybe you can give them some bonus, if they leave a reviews about their order.
