Do I need to pay income tax on my SEOCLERKS earnings?

Hello Mate,
I'm from INDIA and I'm really confused about seoclerks earning. Everyone know that seoclerks deduct 20% from our earning. May anybody tell me Do I really need to pay taxes from seoclerks earning?

If YES then please guide me how to filed income tax returns file?

Hello CyberXCrime, You have to pay tax to your local government, because SEOClerks takes 20% earning is SEOCLERKS Profit / his business strategy. Seoclerks not pay any tax behalf of you.

Yes,.. as we know seoclerks deduct 20% from our earning as marketplace fee and you don't need pay tax from SeoClerks earning.. you just pay additional fee if you request payment trough Payoneer.

Yes, You need to pay Income tax depending upon your total earnings in a Financial year to Indian Govt corpus
and Paying SEOclerk fees doesn't mean that you need not to meet your tax liability, You need to do so
Thing in this manner, Suppose You rendered a SEO link building service for $10 and thereby SEOclerks charged
you up $2 @20% still you earned a clear profit of $8 unless you are able to show some legitimate expenses
incurred while rendering the same service.

Seoclerks deducts 20% from each sale or if the buyer buys from an affiliate 10% is deducted by seoclerks and 10% goes to the affiliate. I hope this makes you understand more about how the deduction works best regerds ~Jake

Yes any form of earning, you have to pay the income tax if it falls under the payable bracket. For India it is 2 lakhs. Any income beyond this, you have to report. or else you can be punished by law

income tax is only applicable when you are earning more than 2,50,000 Rs per annum below than that you are not eligible for paying taxes.

Your only have to pay for what you have transferred into your account or in other words you have to pay for those funds which belong to you and not for those amount deducted by seoclerks.
