Can we give details of own IDs/ Username of social networks to other seoclerks users?

Hello...i have most confuser question in my mind..

Can we give our own ID / usermane to other seoclerks user <seller / buyer > for contact us on social networks.??

Somedays ago my friend had given his facebook id / username to other seoclerks user for instantly contact between them..but both of them have got infraction..
Is there username / id publishing legal on seoclerks...?

If not..how can we contact other user of seoclerks on social media networks..??

Give me detailed answer..thank you..
