Why is seo clerks payoneer card so expensive? and can I withdraw funds from Pay pal to my payoneer card?

I have been looking at some sites and was impressed with the charges charged to the users.
For example to activate a card is just $5 which is incomparable to what is charged here $12.95. The card maintenance is another issue, they are charging too much for the withdrawals and maintenance.
One can even think to apply an account at those sites and request for the revenue card( as its referred) since its available to all members, with sales or without, with levels or without.

Another question is can I withdraw fund from paypal and load to my seo clerks card?

Does it mean this charges can not be brought down for Heaven's sake??????

Am sorry can't name the sites as its seen as a spam.

1. I'm a member of many affiliate sites and i get my payoneer card one of them. The basic activation fee is $12.95 everywhere.
2. Yes you can load your money from paypal to payoneer card.

you can load your money from paypal to payoneer card if you have VBA (virtual bank account). first you should activate your payoneer virtual bank account then link them on paypal. also you should link your payoneer card in your paypal. so, when you withdraw your money, it will appear on payoneer virtual bank accounts and can be used on your card.
