How does the Staff Certified thing work?

I am interested in getting my service staff certified so what I want to know is:

How does it work: I assume at the moment that staff give you a dummy order to see if the service delivers what it promises.

What happens if I fail: What do staff do to the service and your rating?

What happens once it is certified: Other than the badge on your service, what else happens?

Staff Certifying is a cool feature unique in this site. If you have a service that you need more sales, You can simply request a Staff select badge by opening a ticket. Then a representative will contact you and give you a task depending on your serivice. Then they will monitor it over a few days and they will decide to give the badge depending on the quality of your work.

First go to seoclerks support here: http://helpdesk.ionicware.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit. Then submit staff certified request. Wait a view times, you'll get response from seoclerks staff. Then, seoclerks staff will test your service. Once your service get certified from staff you'll get more sales.
