I received this email:
We are waiting on the buyer to finalize the order and until then you will not be able to see it in your seller control panel, but we thought you might like to know that you'll have a job soon. Once it does appear, you'll be able to administer it here....
the buyer said he paid but I still see: You need to deliver your work before your deadline to get paid.
Deadline: Not Started
I'm afraid that cancels the order

Yes you can't get payment until the buyer don't give Feedback...
You Should wait for feedback or remind the buyer?
Than you can get your payment... otherwise the order will come in clearing list after 5 days automatically...

This happens when a buyer orders a service and he doesn't leave a message on the order. To get started you must ask the seller to type any message on the order. Then you will see the order delivery page. So you can start working on the service.
