seller has not delivered my order past 5 days of expected delivery?

I have bought a gig from a buyer on 24 th of this month and he is supposed to deliver by 25 th but he never responded till date. What can i do to get my money back? I tried contacting him too but no response from his end. And yes he logged in after i have ordered my gig

Yes, you just make a mutual cancelation..
If the seller accept the cancelation than you will get payment instantly,
Otherwise the order will be automatically canceled after 2 days.. Than you can have a Refund...

You can attempt to contact this user once again. If this fails, generally do a "Mutual Cancelation" and your order will be automatically canceled if they don't reject the cancelation.

Sir,
you can create a mutual cancelation process to get your money by refund.If seller accept this cancelation you will get your money instantly and if the seller don`t accept your request the fund will take 2 days to available in your balance!
