I have rejected an order but my balance is showing $0. Why?

I have rejected an order. The order was of $10 . But my balance is showing $0. can any body tell me why ?

Have you rejected as seller or buyer? what was your starting balance?

yes that money will not be shown in balance and you have to ask support to put that back into balance of yours and they wil do it instantly...

i think you should contact admin.bcz after cancel an order the money should shown on your balance!if don`t show this yet contact with admin.

If you rejected an order, the order is simply in a rejected status. Meaning that you didn't approve of the sellers service and/or work and the seller will have to resubmit their work for you. You do not get a refund of the service amount for rejected orders. Now, if you cancel an order the balance will be moved to your SEOclerks balance which can not be withdrawn, only your earnings balances (sales of services, or affiliate sales) are withdraw-able. If you need to move this balance into your earnings balance you'll need to create a support ticket and inform the support tech of the ORDER ID # and that you want the balance to be in your earnings balance and not your SEOclerk balance.
