Here have some suggestion:
Free cost:
* write gig perfectly and spread gig describe which can attract buyer
* Bump your gig each day
* Write gig without mistake sentence and smartly
* offer your other gig to buyer who already buy your service ( A.T: Do not do this by private message and to new buyer. it can irritate to buyer)
* write proper gig tag related with gig

With cost:
* If possible make featured your any gig $250 per month
* Can make backlink for your gig by reputed buyer

sir at first clear your gig`s description that you offering for your buyers.And also give a quality works not important to give more quantity of works.and complete all works that you offered by your gig to buyers if any of buyer make happy he will obviously leave a positive review for your service that will help you to get more orders from him and others.
