I presume you mean a job posting ads on Craigslist for people as a service right? To get a job like that, you would need to advertise somewhere that you can do it. Such places would include SEOClerks for starters as you can post your services here for that kind of thing. Just search the site for Craigslist and you will see there are services that offer it as a service.

Take a look through those services and see what they are offering. If you think you can offer that service, create a gig for it! It will need to have a good title and good description and need to be unique in what it offers unlike any of the other gigs like it. Also the price will have to be fair and reasonable too. But then of course, people can buy it and you can have that dream job as a Craigslist poster!
