    Yes, you may be able to merge duplicate Pages that you manage. This option is only available for Pages that represent the same thing and have similar names. To do so:

    Make sure you're using Facebook as yourself and not as your Page. Go to the Page you want to keep.
    From the top of your Page, click Edit Page
    Select Edit Settings
    Select Merge Pages and click Merge duplicate Pages
    Fill out the form and click Send

    you can merge only if the pages you have are on similar or on the same topic

    The only way that You can merge is if similar or in the same topic.

    You can merge your pages and link groups to your pages. Just go to the settings of your page and merge or link pages and groups from there.
