    It depends on so many factors.
    Which niche you're in, which keywords you are targeting, which competition do you have, how do you build your website, how SEO is your website, what content do you have, what off-site SEO link building are you doing and much more... Content and off-site backlinks is most important though.

    Yeah, very hard to answer that. It depends upon the minutest of the details from the niche you are trying to promote to the way of promoting it. There are a lot to be considered as to bring a new site to google page rank one. You definitely have to do SEO, create good amount of backlinks and use networking sites especially. There a kit if methods to achieve this but don't get tempted and use shortcuts. Make a plan first and follow it step by step so you can see the result of your work.
