Which backlink platforms is worse?

Hey guys, I want your opinion.
Which platforms do you think is the worst ones in terms of safe SEO?

Personally I think pingback and exploit platforms is the worst.

Those are probably not worth much, guestbooks are probably not worth much. Anything with 1000 links on one page, such as image comments, etc.

My opinion for worse backlink is backlink that come for different niche that you need. If you have a Tech blog, you should make a backlink from the same niche

In my point of view Quick & Dirty Search Engine Optimization and blackhat method to get bulk backlink is worst backlink platform...So never use that's type of backlinks .
