    Am I doing something wrong?

    I have bought 3 different items from people here, and like they all seem to ignore me its frustrating it is like the? worst customer service ever. One order is already 2 days past due , and the other people don't even acknowledge me a simple hey we got your order would be nice they do not respond to my emails. I paid from paypal do the sellers prefer I pay directly? from a balance with seo clerks instead? I mean did I just pick people who are bad on seo clerks they all have high reviews. lol one of the orders is a file all he would have to do is send to me and thats it and they login everyday so it not they are not on seo clerks

    Hello,

    My thoughts on the subject:

    It doesn't matter to the seller how you pay, it's all the same to him/her: you pay the site; it's the site that pays the seller.

    If there's anything wrong with the gig — the seller can't deliver on time or deliver at all, for example — obviously the seller should notify the buyer, it's just simple common business sense.

    If the seller doesn't deliver the gig and doesn't respond to your communication, it's their loss: just cancel the gig. I mean, you're the buyer, with money in hand, and they do not respond??? Just move on. Not all sellers are like that, you'll find here fine professionals:
    THERE ARE DOZENS AND DOZENS OF GREAT SELLERS EAGER TO HAVE YOUR BUSINESS.

    Probably bad sellers or something. Communication is an essential thing between buyer and seller, everyone should listen to clients Am I doing something wrong?

    lol glad you agree with me, I don't want to sound like I am complaining. I honestly thought I was doing something wrong.  So i have my fingers crossed everything will turn out fine. So far you cannot beat the prices on seo clerks and the variety items that are for sale on this site it is like finding a gold mind and I would love to continue to due business with everyone on here as long as we can communicate. =)

    It's not you. Unfortunately, they are some bad sellers on this site. And reviews can be faked. My suggestion would be to just cancel the gig, and never deal with those sellers again.

    I was able to resolve the issue thank God they refunded my money, I  have done so many deals now on seoclerks now, so  I guess it was just some bad apples.
