    They clearly said-"Login Often (once per 14 days)" which means you must open your account at least one time in 14 days.You must not be inactive for 14 days or later...

    I think you want to up lvl on Seoclerks.
    You have just to login once per 14 days.
    Just open Seoclerk page and log in. Don't need do must.
    Or you can log in every days and sell a service to earn money.
