The Requirements are shown below:

Must be Level 3
Must get noticed by Staff (emails and lame support tickets only annoy us)

To accomplish the second step you could:

My dear you need to achieve 1st 2nd and 3rd level first after your performance basis you will get X level from staff. they will select on basis of performance.
