    why are there some level 1 members with $1 services?

    I've seen a lot of level 1 members who have services for only a dollar, even though you must be level 2 to do so. How is this possible?

    Because some (like myself) cancel orders our selves and that results in a downgrade. Now even if you downgrade to level 1 the gigs that are offering $1 will stay.

    If some one cancells his orders and the level goes down but still he can give you 1 $ service why are there some level 1 members with $1 services?

    There Are Some Old Users Which Have 1$ Services, Because The Seoclerks Just Changed Rules Few Months Ago, That's Why The Old Users Still Have 1$ Services There !

    There is two reason to get this thing.

    They are members since so long, before dec'12 anyone can create 1$ service job.

    or

    they get restricted by staff because of violated the rules.
