Did i lose the ability to use the text editing tools when creating a new service?

long story short, i got into a fight with another seller on here after feeling ripped off. The staff made it all better of course because they absolutely rock. But i seem to have lost the ability to edit text now? Is it because me and ther other guy were abusing the hell out of it screaming in all capitols using the largest possible text we could? im pretty sure this is the reason.

so heres my question:

How do i get it back?

not sure what happened but it magically appeared when i woke up today. If the admins had anything to do with it i thank them...
