    login to the account and open my services and the click any of you service their in the right side you can see the options linke edit your service,bump service,now you can feature you service here.

    you can see in your service there is a option in top of right
    and have to buy featured gig from There it will take $250
    you have to wait it is not available all time
    you have to talk with the admin for about featired
