    How does a negative feedback impact my profile?

    I mean I know that I lose credibility, but besides that what else I lose?

    There are so many rules that effect a profile here.

    You lose customers because people will think you're untrustworthy. Now if you have only 1 - 2 negative then that's not a problem.

    when a buyers see there is no or less negative rating in your profile they will buy more and more form you.so its a great impact.
