Like the above already stated. You must get noticed by the Staff, WITHOUT sending them emails and/or support tickets about your Level X request.
This can be done in several ways. Answer questions within the FAQ, reply to/create forum threads and so on.
Share your own knowledge and experience and be helpful to others.

There Is No Automated Way Or Method To Get Level X, You Need To Do Something That Gets You Noticed By Support And They Promote You To Level X, Also You Need To Be At Level 3 First To Get Level X !

You can't get level X manually ! You must get noticed by staff and must have good reputation

only staff members can get you level X, you can do little work for getting level X :

Promote SEOClerks - but don't spam
Help other in FAQ section
Be friendly - Use our FORUM
Recommend other sellers - in case if you can't complete work, send them to other sellers
Report illegal stuff - Spam software's etc..
