VPS = stands for Virtual Private Server, its basically another computer that you control with your computer. So basically you can control 2 computers with one, and using anything on a VPS is the same as you would use it on your own computer.

VPS stands for virtual private server. And the bot software people make use of is basically a view bot. That watches your videos by switching the IP Address. And if youtube finds it out then it is going to ban your account. So basically it is risky to make use of such bot software. But yes with VPS and constantly shifting the IP address from the server. It's possible to artificially raise the view count of the video. And that in itself can be good enough on the side. But be careful about some of such software. That may not be a good option.
