I think you are referring to your google analytics stats or any other analitics stats
Bounce rate means how soon people go to other site after visitong yours , if your content is crap you will see a high bouncerate of 90-100% but if your site looks nice and it is relevant for the traffic that is targeting you will see a lower bounce rate

Bounce rate is the total time someone spent on your website. The bounce rate will be high when less time is spent on the website and the bounce rate will be low when a visitor spends more time. If someone accessed your website, but immediately left your site, you will have a high bounce rate. However, if the visitor checked your site, interacted with your site by leaving a comment, or went to another page on your website, your bounce rate will be low. Bounce rate matters because it shows how your website is performing.
