How to get money back?

I bought a service that I'm not satisfied with it. The seller said "Seller Guarantees that Work will be Satisfied or you will get back 10% of this order with no questions asked". I inbox-ed the seller to give my money back but he doesn't give it...How do I get it back?

if you not deliver your work then you have option to cancel the order and get money back

contact the admin through submitting a ticket to them, then they resolve your issue you will get 10% of the order if seller guaranty that he giving 10% money back
