You Can Use Same Paypal Account For Withdraw Money From Multiple Accounts But You Cannot Use Same Paypal Account For Purchasing From Different Accounts On Same Site, If You Do That Your Paypal Account Will Get Limited And I Know Because I Tried That Long Ago !
