You can bump your service every day, but must use other social network every day.
You can only use one type of Social Network once every 3 days per service.
You can only manually bump once every 21 days.

you can open your gig/offer link. bottom of the page see on right site under the featured link option. ( Bump your service)
Now your decide which offer do you want to bump it. you can bump your offer every 24 hours.
If you want to bump your service for 21 days then you can scroll down the bump page section and click on bump.
