Duplicated content is text that is already published elsewhere on the web. Google strives to only index content once in it's Search results. Sometimes they do show duplicated results, though. But if possible try to always write genuine and readable content. It will increase your chances of landing high in the Google SERPs (results) and is better for your customers.

if you are copy any content from other site that content not accept by google if accept also not getting top position.....so keep unique content your site/blog or anywhere

From what I read in the discussions about SEO, the content is the backbone of the website which means there is no website if there is no content. And content cannot be copied from another website because duplicate content is clearly plagiarism and your website will be suspended by Google and probably by other search engines as well. The content is always defined as unique which means it is original and not copied.
