    why this system? why can't i withdraw my previous withdraw balance?

    i have $36 in my balance. i purchase a service of $50 but that idiot cancel the order after i make the order. and the total $50 returned to my account and now i can't withdraw the amount. Ohh i added $14 from my paypal account also.

    My question is as i added $14 additional to make the purchase so as the service payment retuned so $14 have to in the service balance not the $36 i had in my withdraw balance.
    why this?

    You can not withdraw funds in your SEOclerks balance. You can only withdraw from your available balance. 

    You can purchase other services with your SEOclerks balance, or you may contact support to withdraw your balance amount. [not sure if they allow this or not, but worth the try if you want your funds back to the payment processer]
