    yeah , i think its legal , coz i too have 2 accounts on one IP , one of mine and other of my brother ! i think it is legal to create upto 2 accounts without any affiliate link ! rest cant be said , its seoclerks !

    Never create more than one account. It would be classed as fraud since you'd most likely be using your ref link and getting more money that way.
