    How can i became level 3 User?

    I cant find the users levels information can some one tell me how many questions and answers i have to ask for level 3

    Requirements

        Completed 25 Orders on time
        Have a 90% rating or higher
        Answered or asked 50 SEO Questions in the FAQ
        Have no Infractions (follow the rules)
        Login Very Often (once per 7 days)
        First Completed Sale is at least 60 days old

    first complete 25 orders..
    then answer 50 FAQs ..
    first completed order must be at least  60 days
    you should not have any infraction
    you must login in to your account once in 7 days..
    your rating must me more then 90%...
