What time it take to upgrade from Level 2 to 3 After filling Requirements?

Hello, i want to know that what is the exact time it takes to upgrade form level 2 to level 3. i have full filled all the Requirements.... please help me..

Hello harrypotter,

You have to be absolute certain you followed the guidelines, and have no infractions. Usually it takes only 20 minutes for your account status to change. Sometimes you may need to logout / clear cookies, and sign back in to refresh session data. If you do not have Level 3 status, in 48 hours, after following all guidelines, than you can submit a ticket at the support helpdesk:

It actually depends, I've noticed that on the weekends it's a lot longer. Perhaps it's because of the amount of people on the site and the system has to deal with them al.
