    i see PayPal accounts always get limited for verified people even for no reason so i really want to know how to avoid my PP get limited

    Plz dont use any virtual credit card.. 

    Use Real infromison and real card, bank. 
    then uplode you ID card and Bank statment..

    If I can remember clearly, because it's been like 15 years since I got my PayPal. You Just have to attach and verify a bank account to your PayPal account. You can use a Credit Card, a debit card or an ATM card.
