What's the best and easiest method to create a appealing landing page for a IM related service offering?

I want to design a landing for a new service we are to start offering and try my hands on doing so, I know HTML and CSS stuff but never do web-designing
So, feeling clueless How to get a sales page??

just use WIX to design your land page it's easy and free with host .
just like this page i finished it in 5 mints .

The wix answer is good but IM gurus like to take people to squeeze page so they can continue selling them other offers. The money is in the list. Thus, I'd say get a Wordpress site and use any of the free squeeze page templates available. Free graphics here.
