Hello,
When you've delivered the service and the delivery has been accepted the funds will go into a clearing state. How long the clearing period will be depends on your current user level. Higher user levels has less clearing time. That's also a superb reason to work hard and rank up your user level as much as you possible can. All user levels comes with benefits.

you are a lvl 1 so you get payed after max time of 15 days , 5 days for order to get completed + 9 days for ash clearance and 1 day to get cash moved to balance

order completed in 5 days and for clearance it's take 9 days ,after 1 days u got in your balance

you should waiting for clearance at least 15 days,.5 days for order, it completed in 9 days and after 1 day money enter clearance balance.
