    As $10 is the withdraw reqired for the level one user, Then

    If some one have $10 with the $2 of seoclerks promotion money then will he be able to withdraw the money?
    I don't think so but not sure. plz ans me.

    No you may not, You can't withdrawal promotional money from Seoclerks. But once you get $10, you may withdrawal that.

    you can not withdraw promotional money .you can use this money only for buy any service in seoclerks.
    Level one withdraw 15$ level Two withdrew money 5$ and level Three  Withdraw money 5$. Thank you.
