    Is it legal to create such a trade?

    I created new trade to get SeoClerks followers. "I will follow back anyone who follows me" Is this legal or no. If no I will delete it!

    but why you do that .
    you need to offer stuff some ppl will like it then fallow you like this the customer list will be strong not a random customers understand the point here ?

    It's legal, but if you're still curious, you may submit a ticket to an admin and they'll shortly be with you.

    It's obviously not illegal. But, why would you wanna do it? If it's just to increase your visibility on SEOClerks, I guess, it won't help you in your cause. Anyways, it should be safe. You aren't breaking a rule in doing so.
