is leveling up automatic with seoclerks or admins check accounts to see if they met the requirements.

Leveling up is automatic. It takes approximately 20 minutes for you to level up.

Leveling up is automatic from level-1 to level -2.

Requirements
Completed 10 Orders on time
Have a 90% rating or higher
Answered or asked 20 SEO Questions in the FAQ
Have no Infractions (follow the rules)
Login Often (once per 14 days)
Account is at least 7 days
Completed 1 Payment Withdrawal that is 20 days old
First Completed Sale is at least 30 days old

If all above requirements are fulfilled then you will get level-2 automatically... But if found any issue .. please contact support..
