Ones from relevant high authority sites. Hundreds of blog posts isn't going to do you much good unless they are relevant and high authority. Even then, you are better off with links built organically, and social bookmarks are huge too now.

I don't think buying links will have any value. In most cases, these links will be generated by bots, which will have adverse effect on your website. The people who offer link building services most of the time generate links from low quality sites. Link from low quality site will not help you.
Edu and gov links have more value. However, it is very difficult to get edu and gov links. In that case, try to lik to the sites that are ranked higher than yours.

The most value links for SEO are the ones that you don't buy. Google's algorithms are sophisticated and intelligent. Paid links were effective year ago. But, today, you are more likely to get penalized that improve your ranks. Especially, Google has built and continues to build spam detection into their system. They look or patterns o behavior and links on known problem sites. Buying links is not a shortcut to SEO success.

I try buying links a while back for my site and an SEO expert advised against it. He said it no longer worked that way that it will even.be more effective if I generate organically than buying them.I heeded to.this and it better for me.So I will advised do it the normal way avoid paying for it.
