What can I do if a seller have disappear from Seoclerks?

What if they didn't reach the deal,
I mean I bought twitter followers, seller promised FULL SUPPORT SERVICE, to raise back if its dropped... but then he didn;t reply...?
why seller can decide "COMPLETED" or not.. not buyer too?

Buyers Also Have The Ability To Reject The Delivered Work, If You Did not Like The Delivered Work By The Seller Then You Can Reject The Work And Make Him Deliver Again, If You Think That Seller Delivered The Right Thing As You Needed Then You Can Give Him Positive Feedback..!

If The Seller Does not Deliver The Right Thing Again And Again Then You Can Ask For Mutual Cancelation, If He Did'nt Agree Then You Can Ask For The Seoclerks Support..! They Are Always Helpful

Offer a cancelation. If the buyer/seller does not accept it in I believe 5 days it will be canceled and any/all funds will be transfered back to you.
