Can there be a rearrangement of the way SEOclerks does infractions?

This is a question for the managers of SEOclerks. I recently got an infraction for having the same twitter account entered multiple times (2 times) in the TWEET section. Not only did i not know that was against the rules, but if you had messaged me i would have happily deleted one. Instead I now have an infraction and lost my Level 3 status so I'm back at level 1. Is there anyway you can change this???? thanks

Nope There Is No Option....but you may ask admin about you infraction if you getting wrongly

No once you get a infraction you can't level up amd you must contact admin or support to resolve if you think you done nothing wrong and also how long the infraction will last etc

Assuming you meet all other requirements, your Level will return once the infraction expires. If you have other questions about your userlevel, please contact the support desk.
