How Do I Center Text In service Description?

Can someone let me know how to center text in my gig descriptions? I have looked, and looked, and looked for it in the area where all the other formatting buttons are such as Bold, Underling, Italics, Bullets, Link, Images, etc.. But its not there. How do i do it? or Cant i do it? If not, can someone tell me why please? Thanks!
