How To Make My service Featured?

Hi, i would like to know how can i make my gig featured, that is in the top of service and everybody can see it as first?
Do i need to have a level or i can buy it?

to feature, click on the gig and you will see the feature option, its dame too costly for my liking 200 bucks wow!

I think you should buy featuring of gig where you can get back the amount within 10 Sales.
That mean on $100 featuring purchase, at least price of the product should be $10 so isn't hard to get the amount.
Also GIG should be very high quality and price should be fair.
