    Upcoming Payments- are from Jobs that you have not yet Delivered, or have not been Marked "Complete" yet. 

    Awaiting Clearance- are Jobs that you have Delivered and have been marked "Complete" (either by Buyer Feedback or 8 days after Delivery) and are waiting for Admin's Approval.

    when you deliver work to the client it shows delivered and then  next it will be in clearing stage after the client agree your delivered work.

    yeah you complete your order then wait to buyer then buyer check your work and rated your job and you got your money in seo account
