    When questions answer was fall down for this reason sometimes level is down. so give answer more and more. otherwise negetive feedbacks or infraction could be the reason for this.

    Maybe doing a bad job delivering and order, or Scammed a buyer?
    Scamming a buyer can lead to you getting a ticket, witch i believe suspends your account or downgrades your level!
