I have received a warning at SEOClerks.

Reason: Invalid FAQ content

what is this mean ?

What is the source of the warning so do I delete it

Anything that is considered "Invalid FAQ Content" is usually because of one of the following reasons:
-Spam
-Service advertising
-Replies that are not an answer
-Questions that do not belong in the FAQ
-Posting in all capital letters
-Copied answers
-Stolen answers from other websites

5 Invalid FAQ Content issues will result in an Infraction but does not meant your account will be closed. If it continued on after an Infraction then that could be a possibility I would think.
