    I had my service on sale, buyer still paid full price, but i received the sale price...?

    I had my gig on sale (from $9 to $7), buyer still paid full price ($9), but i received the sale price ($5.60 - 80% of $7).

    Is there a bug or am I missing something here?

    It could be a bug. What is the order number and we will look into it? Also, can you submit a ticket for this?

    exactly .... once i discounted a gig and put it on sale for a particular buyer , but he complained that the amount was same and not changed .... even i thought it was a bug and instead changed the entire pricing of gig rather than putting it on sale ....

    i think that the sale feature is still in beta phase I had my service on sale, buyer still paid full price, but i received the sale price...?

    got it, i'll hold off on putting gigs on sale then. the difference (only $2) just got lost as i only got commission for the sale price even though he paid full price.
