3) SEOClerks time between delivery and withdrawal is already faster than many other marketplace type websites. 1) Not every person on SEOClerks is on here 24/7. Many buyers have active lives away from the computer and cannot access and review all of their orders every day. So by lowering it, it opens up people provided crap work and then it's suddenly Completed before the person who spent THEIR money has even been able to review what they purchased. 2) In relation to the above, if users come back to SEOClerks after a busy few days and see their order complete and nothing done they will be more inclined to create a chargeback against SEOClerks which then means they both SEOClerks and the Seller lose money. 3) SEOClerks time between delivery and withdrawal is already faster than many other marketplace type websites.
