you must has excelent record and get noticed by staff, staff will rank you to X level manually if you has great service and record and if they want to rank you, email and ticket about it they willl ignore it

I contacted Seoclerks Staff reagarding Level X.They Clearly Mentioned that Level X Will be Given manually.SO,We Need to get Notified by the staff.So,its Is a Hard thing..
