How can I add my existing Payoneer Account to withdraw payment?

I need to withdraw my earning to my Payoneer Account but I see no such option here though it ask me to signup for Payoneer Card which I already have.
How can I attach my Payoneer Card for payments?

Just click on the signup link in your settings and instead of selecting create a new card on Payoneer.com, select the option in the upper right column which is for users who already have a card.
