hi! everyone,
I am a new seller and I badly need help. I have completed my first order, for that my buyer has reviewed me and at the revenue section I find the payment of the order "To balance".
But few days ago, a buyer has ordered me. I completed his task on time and delivered him. But he doesn't give me review/response me. He has given me two orders. Now at the revenue section I find that the two payments are showing this "cleared" and another "clearing 2". What it's mean? I have not got the two payments yet.

Cleared 2 means you will get the payment within 2 days.
Cleared means its coming to balance.
To balance means its already available to withdraw.
The order which buyer didn't responded: do not this about that.
The order will be complete within 5 days by seoclerks rules.
After that it will go to clearing and come to balance.
After to balance you will be able to withdraw.
When you are level 3 and level 3+ than the completed or reviewed order balance will come to balance within 23 hours.
